Doughnut Vault

Ohhh could this possibly be one of Chicago's best kept secrets?  Well I am about to expose them!  You like doughnuts?  I mean, who doesn't?  I heard about this place called The Doughnut Vault and thought it would be perfect to highlight here. I love something that is shrouded in mystery!  It's kinda tricky to find, there is always a line and they close when they sell out.  You gotta act fast and know what you want...there is no patience for procrastination here!  Get it and get out...people are waiting!  And God forbid you are the last one to get the last doughnut...when there are 50 people waiting in line behind you.  So yeah...kinda makes you want to see what the hype is all about!

Here are my photos (all taken with my phone!!!) It was a last minute adventure and I did not have my camera with me.  But maybe that was for the best...

OK...now that you are drooling...you must come here sometime before you die.  Yeah...it's kinda a bucket list place!

Shhhhh...you can find The Doughnut Vault at 401 1/2 N. Franklin Street.  They open at 8:30 M-F and close when they sell out.  Open from 9:30 on Saturday.  Closed Sunday. Cash only!!!

    UNBELIEVABLE...it's like a Doughnut Speakeasy...did you knock three times and say password? Cuz it looks like the REAL DEAL!!
